Business Success Partner: Explained

We encourage the ConsultX Community to call and think of themselves as Business Success Partners.

What is a Business Success Partner?

The term was coined to creating a compelling and understandable title that describes what our Consultants, Coaches, and Advisors do when working with clients.

This succinctly describes what they do; they work with business owners like a partner in their business to create success.

They provide the skills, tools, and resources that the business owner does not have access to. The objective is to improve the profit, growth, and value of the business for the owner.

A Business Success Partner brings clarity and success to Business Owners where today there is none.

Why do we use the title Business Success Partner?

It’s an uncommon term, not something that you hear every day. This immediately creates intrigue and provides a conversation starter with leads and prospects.

If the title appears on LinkedIn or marketing material, it’s able to give some insight into what we do and how we work. Business Success Partner begins to explain what we do when we work with clients.

Although we often refer to the term ‘Business Consultant’, it can be misunderstood and misinterpreted, with some business owners even having negative connotations. This is why we first decided to explore options for a different title.

Where did it come from?

The ConsultX Community decided on it! In 2013, we asked our network of experienced Business Consultants what the best titles were. Business Success Partner was then voted to be the best at explaining what we do while being easily understandable.
